Zucchini Tots

To go with dinner the other night, I made these zucchini tots. They kinda looked like small patties, but still tasted the same. It’s basically like a basic meatball recipe (egg, breadcrumbs, spices) but I just used grated zucchini instead of meat. I wasn’t sure if they would hold together when cooked, but they actually turned out pretty well.
