I will admit I did not make this pizza, but I wanted to make a post about it because pizza does no harm (in my imaginary world haha). This was actually from dinner last night, but there is nothing wrong with leftover pizza. Honestly pizza is just hard to get wrong in my opinion. So this was what I ate for lunch and it was as delicious as the first time. It was basically a greek pizza with roasted red peppers, olives, red onion and feta cheese. I heated it up and just threw some carrots and cucumber with hummus on my plate for some extra colour and healthiness. It was a darn good meal, if I do say so myself.
