Roasted sausage, vegetables and salad

I made this nice dinner for my family tonight and it turned out pretty well. I cut up sausages into pieces and put a tiny bit of oil and some spices. I didn’t add any salt because they’re quite salty already. 

For the vegetables, I cut up mini potatoes (red, yellow and blue), onion and red pepper. I did the same thing as the sausage but put some different spices to change it up slightly. 

And the salad was just spinach with diced mango and I made a spicy mustard-based dressing. 

This whole meal was just really good and looked so nice and colourful on my plate. T’was a good meal!
