I really wanted a sweet dessert but something that was still healthy. I decided to make a little crumble/streusel topping with oats, brown sugar, cinnamon and a little oil. I put that on apple slices and popped them in a 375 degree oven. Since they were so thin, it only took about 10 minutes to cook.
I ate these with ice cream. The hot and cold contrast was so yummy. It was nice that I could have an awesome dessert that took almost no time to make.
