I’ve wanted to make these for a while because I love spicy things and I love wings. I knew these wouldn’t taste like chicken or look like wings but they still turned out quite well.
I made this batter with flour, almond milk, salt, pepper and garlic powder. You coat eat piece of cauliflower in the batter then place them on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake them for about 20 minutes. After that, pour hot sauce mixed with a little oil (I used Frank’s) on top then put back in the oven for about 10 more minutes.
The extra batter around each piece gets almost caramelized and delicious. The cauliflower is super tender and the hot sauce is really yummy.
