I’ve had both of these things before, but this time it was a little different. Plus I added some avocado cause I’m a little obsessed.
I really just love bean salad. This one had black beans, red bell pepper, fresh corn, cucumber, cilantro, lime juice, red wine vinegar, salt, sriracha and sugar.
The veggie balls, unfortunately I didn’t make but I like this brand (yves veggie cuisine). I had the sweet potato and chia ones before, but this time, I had the broccoli bites. They’re super yummy, all natural, vegan and healthy. There are no crazy weird ingredients, it’s just good food.
