I wanted a sweet dessert tonight so I made some yogurt bark. It’s incredibly easy but you need a little patience because it takes some time to freeze up.
You can put whatever you like and make it your own. I have blueberry yogurt (spread a kinda thin layer on parchment paper) then place your toppings. I got raspberries, strawberries, shredded coconut and sliced almonds. I probably could’ve put more of my toppings buy I kept it light. After you have it perfect, pop it in the freezer. Mine took about 45 minutes.
Once it’s frozen, you can break it up into pieces. It’s so refreshing and sweet but still really healthy. Much healthier than ice cream yet it’s still satisfying.
