If you ever had a fish filet sandwich, especially from places like mcdonalds, you know they can be good. But you sometimes feel gross after – cause they tend to be greasy and not very healthy.
I made a better version tonight for dinner. I have a simple breaded filet that I baked in the oven which is already way healthier cause it’s not fried and covered in oil. The other components between the bread are spicy mayo, iceberg lettuce, cucumber and roasted red peppers (from my last post!). The combination of everything was really delicious and I feel good afterwards.
