Egg and Cheese Quesadilla

I love quesadillas and adding scrambled egg whites to mine this morning was a great idea. I had a little mozzarella cheese, some feta and chopped green olives. Everything was so good together but it was a little messy to eat – but that’s all part of the fun. I made a little sriracha sour cream which was so delicious with this.
